I'm Frank Perez — founder of Base20 Consulting and a finance professional who's spent 15+ years leading FP&A across high-growth companies, from early-stage startups to billion-dollar enterprises across SaaS, media, marketing services, and beyond.

I built the finance function at Lynda.com from scratch, then watched it scale through acquisition by LinkedIn. I spent nearly nine years at LinkedIn and Microsoft as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis — owning FP&A for global Product, Productivity Engineering, and Data Center organizations, and managing portfolios running into the billions.
